amazing staff and central location

amazing staffroom decorluxurious bedding
the staff was amazing!!! from check-in to pub service, they were excellent. i especially appreciated the manager's impromptu history overview one evening. i also liked the room decor and all the little extra touches like in-room biscuits, a radio, luxurious bedding, and an oscillating fan.
i noticed the carpets looked a little dirty, and the tv was quite small and positioned high up, so it wasn't easy to watch.
